The achievement of a 29 percent market share for commercial vehicles is concrete evidence of Isuzu's resilience in the face of increasingly fierce competition and challenges throughout the year. The performance displayed last year was inseparable from the vehicles offered in accordance with customer needs, ranging from Isuzu TRAGA which showed excellent performance for PT IAMI's business by contributing 47.5 percent of total sales, followed by Isuzu ELF at 23.7 percent and Isuzu GIGA reaching 18.2 percent.
PT IAMI's business growth in Indonesia is also shown through Isuzu Unit in Operation (UIO) which continues to increase every year. This increase in Isuzu UIO is balanced with the need for after-sales support, as well as an opportunity to improve the quality of service so that it is easier for Isuzu customers to reach.
The after-sales service strategy that is centered on customer needs is shown through the addition of the Isuzu Walking Workshop (BIB) fleet from 156 units to 162 units that are ready to approach consumers in various locations, then the growth of Isuzu Mitra Workshop (BMI) with standardization by Isuzu Indonesia from 165 units to 175 units, and full support of the part shop network increased to 2,097 points in 2025 from 1,930 in 2024.
Customers will also continue to receive full support from 4 Part Depo units to ensure consumers immediately get the parts they need, to Mechanic & Part on site services in special areas such as mining or plantations.
The full support of PT IAMI's after-sales service has made the revenue of spare parts sales grow 4.6 percent compared to the previous year and continues to increase over the past 5 years. In addition, PT IAMI with the Isuzu Karawang Plant facility as a production base has exported more than 8,000 units of vehicles to 25 countries in various regions, including Latin America, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.
