More Powerful and More Advanced! Here is the Complete Specification of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra
JAKARTA - Samsung officially introduced the Galaxy S26 Ultra as its latest flagship phone. This device carries high-end specifications, ranging from the latest Qualcomm chipset to a 200MP camera, as well as a new feature called Privacy Display which is claimed to have not been owned by other phones in the world.
With a starting price of 1,299 US dollars (Rp21.7 million) for the 256GB variant, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is still positioned as a premium device without an increase in price compared to the previous generation.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, Qualcomm's latest chipset optimized specifically for Samsung. The device comes with 12GB of RAM for most variants, while the 1TB model gets 16GB of RAM.
The operating system is running Android 16 with the One UI 8.5 interface. Samsung promises support for updates for up to seven years, both for the operating system and security.
6.9 Inch Screen with Privacy Display
The smartphone carries a 6.9-inch QHD+ screen with an adaptive 120Hz LTPO-based refresh rate and a peak brightness level of up to 2,600 nits. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Armor 2.
The Privacy Display feature is the main highlight. This technology is designed to prevent others from seeing the contents of the screen from a certain angle, reducing the risk of "shoulder surfing" when in public places. Samsung calls this feature much more advanced than just a regular privacy screen protector.
200MP Camera Still the Mainstay
In the camera sector, the Galaxy S26 Ultra configuration still maintains the previous generation setup, but with an increase in light quality.
The rear camera consists of:
200MP main camera (f/1.9) with 2x Optical Quality
Ultrawide 50MP (f/1.9)
Telephoto 3x 10MP (f/2.4)
5x 50MP telephoto periscope (f/2.9)
Samsung claims the main camera is 47 percent brighter and the 5x telephoto camera is 37 percent brighter than its predecessor. The front camera has a resolution of 12MP (f/2.2).
Battery and Charging
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with 60W USB-C PD PPS fast charging support. Samsung says charging can reach up to 75 percent in 30 minutes.
As is the trend with current flagships, the charger is not included in the box.
Design and Durability
The device has dimensions of 163.6 x 78.1 x 7.9 mm with a weight of 214 grams. The frame uses Armor Aluminum with a glass back. The Galaxy S26 Ultra has also bagged IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.
The connectivity is complete, including support for 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi, the latest Bluetooth, and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen.

Samsung opens pre-orders starting February 25, with shipping starting March 11. Official price:
