Rely on Digital Integration, HKA Targets Revenue of IDR 1.7 Trillion This Year

JAKARTA - PT Hakaaston (HKA) targets business revenue of IDR 1,701 trillion in 2026 by utilizing a digital integrated system in the management of toll road operations and maintenance.

"This strategy is prepared to strengthen the toll road asset management business while responding to the need for reliable and measurable services from concession owners.

The revenue target grew by around 14.2 percent compared to the 2025 realization of IDR 1,490 trillion.

HKA also targets a net profit of Rp85 billion with a net profit margin of around 4.97 percent.

According to Acting President Director M. Rozi Rinjayadi, the growth in performance in 2026 will be supported by the stability of operating and maintenance services across all toll roads managed.

"We will add the expansion of asset-based technical service types as well as the addition of cooperation contracts with toll road concession owners. For us, increasing revenue is not only seen as a financial achievement, but also as an indicator that the company's services are increasingly relevant to the current toll road management needs," said Rozi as quoted from a written statement, Thursday, February 26.

In terms of operations, HKA focuses on improving the quality of operational and maintenance work through strengthening planning, field coordination, and quality control.

This step was taken so that the handling of the toll road condition could take place faster and more accurately.

HKA also optimizes the use of digital integrated systems to support work planning, monitoring activities in the field, and reporting asset performance to concession owners.

"The use of this system helps coordinate between teams and supports quick and accurate technical decision-making in the implementation of daily work," he said.

In addition, the company will expand the scope of routine operations and maintenance work, develop medium- and long-term contracts, and improve the readiness of equipment and human resources.

The effort is aimed at maintaining the quality of daily services on the toll road as well as strengthening HKA's competitiveness in the infrastructure asset management market.

Support for corporate resources is also focused on meeting the needs of operational and maintenance implementation, including the readiness of equipment, personnel and supporting systems in the field.

In line with the operational agenda, HKA continues to carry out its commitment to sustainability through waste management, utilization of recycled materials, and environmental programs with the community around the toll road.
