Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration Prepares Complaint Post for THR that Has Not Been Paid by Companies

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) will prepare a complaint post for workers if companies do not comply with the provisions of the Eid Al-Fitr allowance this year.

Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Yassierli said this was one form of supervision carried out by the Ministry of Manpower for the implementation of the 2026 Idulfitri THR.

"We will establish a THR post, and all city, district, and provincial services are also asked to have a THR post," Yassierli told the media, Wednesday, February 25.

He added that in fact, the provision of holiday allowances has its own rules so that if there are deviations in the provision of allowances, the company will be sanctioned.

This rule is contained in Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 and the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) Number 6 of 2016 which regulates the wage policy in Indonesia as well as the religious holiday allowance for workers/workers in companies.

Therefore, Yassierli invited employees and workers who did not get their THR rights to come to the post that was provided to lodge complaints.

"So if there are companies that do not pay THR, please report it to the post. Then after that the supervisor will follow up on the complaint," said Yassierli.

Furthermore, Yassierli said, currently his party is still coordinating with the Ministry of State Secretariat regarding the plan to announce THR in 2026.

"If it is mandatory, it is H-7. We are coordinating with the Setneg, it will be announced at the same time," said Yassierli.
