KPK Cecar Sekjen Kemenaker Cris Kuntadi Soal Jabatan Tiga Tersangka Baru di Kasus Sertifikasi K3

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has completed examining the Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower Cris Kuntadi as a witness to alleged extortion of the management of occupational safety and health (K3) certification at the Ministry of Manpower (Kemenaker) today. He was questioned about the positions of three new suspects in this case.

Regarding this extortion case, the KPK has appointed new suspects. They are Chairul Fadly Harahap as Secretary of the Directorate General of Manpower and Occupational Safety and Health Supervision (Binwasnaker and K3) of the Ministry of Manpower; Haiyani Rumondang as Director General (Dirjen) of Manpower and K3 Supervision; and Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga as former Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Manpower.

"Witnesses were present and investigators asked for information regarding the appointment of the suspects in this case," said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters, Wednesday, February 25.

In addition, investigators also investigated the request for money that led to extortion. This step was carried out by examining three other witnesses, namely the Head of Construction of the Building Directorate of PNK3, the Labor and Manpower Office, Daafi Armanda, the General Bureau of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Manpower Dayoena Ivon Muriono, and the head of SAV Money Changer.

The examination of four in this case was carried out at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta. "In addition, investigators also investigated the knowledge of witnesses about the request or receipt of a certain amount of money for the issuance of K3 certification for parties at the Ministry of Manpower."

As previously reported, the KPK has named 11 suspects related to the alleged extortion of occupational safety and health certificates (K3). This determination began with a hand-in-hand operation (OTT) which netted 14 people, including Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer.

The following is the list of suspects set by the KPK:

1. Irvian Bobby Mahendro as Coordinator of Institutional and Personnel K3 for 2022-2025;

2. Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra as Coordinator for Testing and Evaluation of Occupational Safety Competence from 2022 to the present;

3. Subhan as Sub Coordinator for Occupational Safety of the Department of Human Resources Development 2020-2025;

4. Anitasari Kusumawati as Coordinator of Partnership and Occupational Health Personnel from 2020 to the present;

5. Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan as Deputy Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in 2024-2029;

6. Fahrurozi as Director General of Binwasnaker and K3 in March 2025 until now;

7. Hery Sutanto as Director of Institutional Development 2021-February 2025;

8. Sekarsari Kartika Putri as sub-coordinator;

9. Supriadi as coordinator;

10. Temurila as a party to PT KEM Indonesia; and

11. Miki Mahfud as a party to PT KEM Indonesia.

This case then developed and the KPK named three other people as suspects. They are Chairul Fadly Harahap as Secretary of the Directorate General of Manpower and Occupational Safety and Health Supervision (Binwasnaker and K3) of the Ministry of Manpower; Haiyani Rumondang as Director General (Dirjen) of Manpower and K3 Supervision; and Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga as former Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Manpower.

The three are suspects because they are suspected of enjoying the flow of extortion money. Their involvement was discovered by investigators after examining a number of witnesses and suspects who had been previously appointed.
