From 246 Participants, Three Best Technicians Get the Title of Suzuki Victorious Contest Champion

JAKARTA - PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales again held the Suzuki Victorious Contest for Motorcycle Technicians, in order to maintain the quality and competence of experts who are at official workshops.

The national final round of this competition was successfully held on February 11, 2026 at SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto. The school is also a strategic partner of SIS in the development of automotive vocational education.

Asst to Aftersales Department Head of Service PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS), Hariadi, said that the competition was a crucial agenda for the company. Because, it is one of the efforts to continue to maintain and improve the quality of technicians.

"Through this way, we motivate technicians to show their best ability in providing services according to standards for consumers. Since the preliminary round, this competition has been attended by 246 Suzuki motorcycle technicians," he said in an official statement received, Tuesday, February 25.

This event is the culmination of a series of tiered selections that start from the technician competition at each main dealer, then continue to the regional level until finally the best technicians are selected to compete at the national level.

The strict screening process ensures that the finalists are technicians with superior competence in the Suzuki network. This year's national final was attended by representatives of the best technicians from various regions in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Makassar, Cirebon, Semarang, and Samarinda. This event was even more lively thanks to the appearance of Dalang Cilik and Lengger Banyumasan.

All finalists are comprehensively tested through four stages of material, namely a theoretical test by measuring in-depth understanding of Suzuki motorcycle system products and technology. There is also a measurement test to assess the accuracy of using measuring tools according to standard operating procedures, and more.

The entire series of tests is designed to resemble real conditions in Suzuki's official workshop, so that aspects of accuracy, work safety, speed, and the accuracy of procedures become the main assessment parameters.

Based on the results of the accumulated assessment from all stages, the First Champion was won by Heru Khabib Muslim from PT Indo Sunmotor Gemilang Jakarta. Followed by Harsono from PT Indo Sunmotor Gemilang Semarang as the Second Champion, and Rajiman from PT Insan Sarana Maju Cirebon who took the position of the Third Champion.

The selection of SMK Wiworotomo Purwokerto as the location of the national final is also a strong symbol of synergy between the industrial and vocational education worlds. This collaboration is expected to continue to encourage the improvement of automotive human resources, especially in the motorcycle sector. In addition, this effort is able to open opportunities for young generations to develop together with the industry.

Hariadi emphasized that this competition is a form of appreciation for those who are in the field.

"Through this event which has been held since 1999, we want to ensure that the quality of technicians is always maintained to provide precise work results for customers. In addition, this competition is also a form of appreciation from Suzuki for technicians who have contributed to providing the best service throughout the official network," he concluded.
