Trump's Besan Threatened to Be Expelled from France if He Fails to Call for the Murder of Activists

JAKARTA - French Foreign Minister (Menlu) Jean-Noel Barrot will not allow the activities of the Ambassador (Dubes) of the United States (US) to France, Charles Kushner, if he misses another call from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Kemenlu).

Charles Kushner is a brother-in-law of US President Donald Trump. He is the father of Ivanka Trump's husband, Jared Kushner.

"He needs to be able to have this discussion with us, with the Quai d'Orsay (French Foreign Ministry)," Barrot told radio station France Info, quoted by Reuters, Tuesday, February 24.

Charles Kushner was summoned in connection with comments from the US Embassy earlier this month about the murder of a French right-wing activist in Lyon.

Barrot warned Charles Kushner to explain his absence on Monday when he was about to be confirmed regarding the comment.

He stressed that Charles Kushner's duties could only be continued in France if he met the call.

"[If he complies with the summons] so that he can continue to carry out his duties as ambassador in France," Barrot said.
