Fiersa Besari Comeback with the Latest Release Titled Tulang Punggung

JAKARTA - Singer and songwriter Fiersa Besari officially ended her hiatus. After a year of staying away from the recording studio, the musician from Bandung is back to greet her loyal listeners with the latest single titled "Tulang Punggung".

This single is Fiersa's first release since the last time he released a work in 2024, marking a new chapter in his artistic journey which now feels more mature and reflective.

Through this song, Fiersa Besari tries to portray social realities close to the Indonesian people, namely those who carry the burden of the family's economy on their shoulders.

"Tulang Punggung" is not just a melancholic song, but an homage to the fighters for a living who still stand tall even though they are hit hard by the reality of life.

With an honest and down-to-earth style of writing lyrics, Fiersa again shows his fangs as a narrator of everyday life.

"This song is a reminder of the hard struggle of those who work hard every day, face the reality of life that is not always friendly, but still choose to survive and not give up," said Fiersa in his statement, Tuesday, February 24.

The recording process was carried out intensively for a full day before entering the music production stage with a team led by Audree Dewangga, David Elsandro, and Recky Risanto.

Even though it still maintains the intimate and warm acoustic character, this arrangement feels like it has a different emotional depth compared to previous works.

The impression of adulthood is very thick - depicting Fiersa's life phase that has passed the pause to contemplate.

Fiersa's return to the music scene has been sniffed out since his appearance at the Big Bang Festival on January 2. His stage performance seemed to be a warm-up before he really released "Tulang Punggung" to the digital market.

Not only available in audio format on platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music, Fiersa also includes a music video on his personal YouTube channel.
