Song Kang and Kim So Hyun are wanted for a reunion through a new drama

JAKARTA - Song Kang and Kim So Hyun are rumored to have been offered to act in the latest romance drama, White Scandal. The two had previously acted in the series Love Alarm in 2019.

"Song Kang received an offer to star in White Scandal and he is considering it," Song Kang's agency Namoo Actors said.

White Scandal tells the story of Ji Eun Seol, a former child actress who is willing to support her siblings' crimes and accept the consequences. She does not want to give up on her dreams and starts working as a manager.

One day, she meets a man named Dan Yi Hyuk who is in the trauma center. Dan Yi Hyuk and Ji Eun Seol sign a relationship contract to find the truth.

The series is adapted from the web novel of the same name and written by screenwriter Kim Ga Eun who worked on Call It Love. Later, the series was directed by Kim Chul Gyu who had worked on Flower of Evil.

Song Kang was offered the role of Dan Yi Hyuk who is a top South Korean star and an illegitimate child of the NB Group. In order to save someone, Yi Hyuk starts a contract relationship with Ji Eun Seol.

Kim So Hyun received an offer to play the role of Ji Eun Seol, a former child artist who bears the crime committed by her siblings.

Song Kang himself is currently filming his latest drama, Four Hands. This drama marks his latest project after his mandatory military service.

Kim So Hyun is also filming her new drama, Love Doctor after the drama Good Boy in 2025.
