MBG Kitchen Provides a Place for Disabled Workers

SUKOHARJO, CENTRAL JAVA - SPPG Polokarto, Sukoharjo, Central Java, opens space for people with disabilities to join. One of his employees, Latifah Kurniawati who has a small body.

His physical limitations make 26-year-old Latifah only able to work as a snack seller with a pre-order system. The profit he gets is not much, while Latifah has to help her mother meet daily needs.

To reporters on Monday, February 23, Latifah admitted that he was happy to be given the opportunity to work at SPPG Polokarto. He told the story, initially his mother applied for the job.

However, due to age constraints, Latifah finally replaced him. As a cleaner at SPPG Polokarto, Latifah tries to work as well as possible.

From the salary he receives every month, Latifah can now help with daily food needs at home. In fact, according to Latifah, he can now buy an electric bike to make his activities easier.
