Dual Muprov Jabar Kadin: Nizar Sungkar Gugat Anindya Bakrie Rp20 Miliar di PN Bandung

BANDUNG - The conflict of the West Java Chamber of Commerce Provincial Consultative (Muprov) dualism has entered the court phase. Nizar Sungkar, who claims to be the General Chairman of the West Java Chamber of Commerce as a result of the Bandung Preanger Muprov, sued the Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce Anindya Bakrie et al to the Bandung District Court with a value of Rp. 20 billion.

Nizar's lawyer, Tri Laksono, said the value of the lawsuit was "not small" because it concerned the legal consequences of the decision of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. "The value of the lawsuit is Rp. 20 billion. Anindya Bakrie is one of the eight people we are suing," said Tri.

According to Tri, the eight defendants are divided into three clusters: the Central Chamber of Commerce, the caretaker/committee of Muprov, and Almer Faiq Rusydi. "Of the eight defendants, we divide them into three groups: the Central Chamber of Commerce, the caretaker, and Almer Faiq Rusydi," he said in a statement received on Monday, February 23.

In the Kadin Central group, he said, Anindya Bakrie, Erwin Aksa, Taufan Eko Nugroho, and Doddy Ahmad Firdaus were listed. The caretaker group contains a number of names of the Muprov committee, while the last group refers to Almer Faiq Rusydi, Chairman of the West Java Kadin version of Muprov Bogor.

The root of the problem, on September 24, 2025, two Muprov are said to have occurred, namely in Bogor which produced Almer, and at the Grand Preanger Hotel Bandung which chose Nizar. Nizar's party considers the Preanger Bandung Muprov to be valid because it was held by a caretaker formed by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce through SK SKEP/030/DP/IV/2025 dated April 30, 2025. "The caretaker was formed by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. The Muprov VIII committee was also formed by the caretaker. So the organization has a basis for organizing, "said Tri.

Nizar claimed to have drafted the management period 2025-2030 and on October 9, 2025, submitted the approval to the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. However, according to him, the application for the approval of the SK has not yet been issued without explanation. "The application for approval was submitted, but until now it has never been granted without a clear reason," said Tri.

On the other hand, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry appointed Almer on November 27, 2025 in Cirebon. The Nizar party considers this step strange because it occurs when the ratification of the Bandung Muprov Preanger results is not published. "On the one hand, the SK for Mr. Nizar's approval did not come out, on the other hand, there was actually an inauguration of another party. This is what causes objections and losses," said Tri.

Based on this series, Nizar sued the parties who were said to be involved in the unlawful act. Nizar's lawsuit was recorded on Monday, February 23, 2026, in Room IV (Soebekti) PN Bandung.
