Emphasizing the New Era of Climate Investment in Indonesia, President Prabowo Brings Together 12 US Giants

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto gathered 12 giant American businessmen at one table in Washington DC, February 20, 2026.

In the closed forum, Prabowo emphasized the new direction of Indonesia's investment climate and opened the door wide for global capital which has a direct impact on the national economy.

Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that the investors had previously cooperated with Danantara Indonesia, the owner of the largest BUMN assets.

"President Prabowo received 12 of the largest entrepreneurs in the United States. They have been working with Danantara Indonesia," wrote Teddy, Friday (20/2/2026).

The names present are not middle class. There is Todd L. Boehly (Eldridge Industries), Armen Panossian (Oaktree), Matt Harris (BlackRock Founding Partners/GIP), Martin Escobari (General Atlantic), to Jeffrey Perlman (Warburg Pincus).

They manage trillions of dollars in funds and are known to be aggressive in the infrastructure, energy, and global equity growth sectors.
