ATR/BPN Ministry Forms Task Force to Save PT Telkom Indonesia Land Assets
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) together with PT Telkom Indonesia formed a Task Force to Accelerate the Legalization and Resolution of the Telkom Land Asset Case 2026.
The formation of the Task Force was ratified through the signing of a Joint Decree witnessed by Deputy Minister of ATR/Deputy Head of BPN Ossy Dermawan and President Director of PT Telkom Indonesia Dian Siswarini at the Telkom Hub building, Jakarta, Friday, February 20.
"State assets are important for us to secure and save because they are related to order and governance. The presence of this Task Force is expected to help PT Telkom Indonesia in realizing good governance over its land affairs," said Ossy as quoted from a written statement, Saturday, February 21.
The signing from the Ministry of ATR/BPN was carried out by the Director General of Land Rights and Registration Asnaedi and the Director General of Land Dispute and Conflict Management Iljas Tedjo Prijono.
Meanwhile, from the side of PT Telkom Indonesia was represented by Director of Legal & Compliance Andy Kelana and Director of Finance and Risk Management Arthur Angelo.
The Legalization and Settlement of Telkom Land Assets 2026 Case Acceleration Task Force has a scope of work, ranging from supporting the acceleration of the certification of PT Telkom Indonesia land, both the issuance of new certificates, updates, certificate extensions, and land rights improvements.
In addition, the Task Force also supports steps to handle the problem of land disputes of PT Telkom Indonesia.
The task force, which was officially established on February 20, 2026, will work until February 19, 2027.
During this period, Ossy hopes that communication, coordination and handling strategies will be more integrated.
"Previously, each region took care of their respective land offices, now it is more systematic, the goals or targets have also been determined. The hope is that all Telkom assets can be certified, those that are problematic outside the court can be saved," he said.
Meanwhile, PT Telkom Indonesia President Director Dian Siswarini expressed appreciation to the Ministry of ATR/BPN for its support in saving Telkom Indonesia assets.
"Thank you to the Ministry of ATR/BPN. Through this Task Force, hopefully the target will be achieved. We can take bold steps, innovative breakthroughs and act decisively in protecting the assets we have," he said.
