Fadi Alaydrus and Saskia Chadwick Star in New Series "Samuel"

JAKARTA - MD Pictures together with WeTV Indonesia announced their latest project, the Samuel series. This series is adapted from the same story that was previously developed in the soap opera format.

In the serial version, Fadi Alaydrus and Saskia Chadwick were appointed as the main cast of this series. They explained that this story was a new effort to develop his character.

"We see great potential in Samuel's story. We believe that with this version of the WeTV Original series, we can present a work as close as possible to the character that already exists in the novel," said Febriamy Hutapea as executive producer and Head Country WeTV in Central Jakarta on Friday, February 20.

"In every casting, we are very intense, the script and the dialogue as well. We hope that the cast can bring each character to life. We want to make adjustments and make a version for WeTV," he said.

Fadi Alaydrus also explained that he knew the expectations of fans and readers of Samuel's story. He hopes to meet the expectations of readers and fans.

"I am aware of the fans' expectations but I also don't take it to heart. Of course, every fan's expectations are different. How do you have the same soul as Samuel and the same physical body as Samuel," said Fadi Alaydrus.

The novel, which has been read by 21.7 viewers, made the other cast member, Saskia Chadwick, feel depressed but she made this series a challenge to show her capabilities.

"Saskia herself with 21.7 million viewers is certainly under pressure, but that pressure is good and good because it means I care about readers and viewers who are waiting for this series," said Saskia Chadwick.

In addition to the two, Samuel's series is also played by Dimas Putra, Azelia Putri, Rafly Altama, Andy William, Yusuf Kartiko, Endy Arfian, Emyr Razan, Cut Tari.

Samuel's series production will take place and is planned to be released on WeTV.
