Proven to Receive Money from Drug Dealers and Perbuatan Asusila, AKBP Didik was Fired from the Police for Disrespecting
Bima - The former Bima City Police Chief, AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro (DPK), was officially given the sanction of Dismissal Without Honor (PTDH) after being proven to have received money from drug traffickers in the Bima City area.
The verdict was read at the Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) meeting held in the Meeting Room of the Police Divpropam, State House of the National Police, Thursday, February 19, 2026.
Karo Penmas Division of Public Relations of the National Police, Brigjen Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, explained that during the trial it was revealed that AKBP Didik asked for and received money through the Kasat Resnarkoba of the Bima City Police with the initials AKP M. The money was known to come from a drug dealer.
"A form of action has been obtained, in which the suspected offender asked for and received money through the Kasat Resnarkoba which originated from the narcotics trafficker in the Bima City area," Trunoyudo told the media at the TNCC Building of the National Police Headquarters, South Jakarta.
In addition to receiving money from drug dealers, AKBP Didik was also proven to have committed drug abuse and immoral acts.
According to Trunoyudo, the Code of Ethics Commission stated that AKBP Didik's actions were reprehensible acts that violated the provisions of PP Number 1 of 2003 concerning the Dismissal of Polri Members and Perpol Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Code of Ethics of the Police Profession.
The Commission assessed that the action had injured the oath of office, damaged the image of the institution, and was contrary to the commitment of the National Police in eradicating drugs.
In addition to the ethical sanctions, the commission also imposed administrative sanctions in the form of placement in a special place (patsus) for seven days, starting from February 13 to 19, 2026, which has been carried out.
"Based on the verdict, the violator stated that he accepted it," said Trunoyudo.
He emphasized that the National Police was committed to being free of drugs and would continue to take firm action against members involved in the abuse and circulation of narcotics.
Furthermore, at the instruction of the National Police Chief, the National Police's Divpropam will conduct simultaneous urine examinations throughout the ranks as an internal supervision step.
"This step is taken to maintain the integrity of the institution and ensure that the commitment to eradicating drugs runs optimally," he concluded.
Previously, AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro had been named a suspect in the alleged abuse and circulation of narcotics. This determination is the result of the development of the investigation of the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit against a drug network involving a number of police officers in the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) region.
Head of Public Relations of the National Police, Inspector General Pol. Jhonny Edison Isir, said that this case began with the arrest of two domestic assistants belonging to a member of the National Police with the initials Bripka KIR and his wife, AN.
"From the arrest, evidence of 30.415 grams of methamphetamine was found at the private home of the two. The results of the development of the NTB Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate then led to the involvement of AKP ML," he said.
