Misunderstanding Due To Looking At Each Other, 3 Men In Kuta Keroyok Driver Ojol

BADUNG - Three men ganged up on an online motorcycle taxi driver just because they misunderstood each other. The victim's name is Ach. Syafi'e (27) was beaten in Kuta, Bali.

Meanwhile, the three attackers were I Gede Bagus Ekananda Aribayu Putra (19), I Wayan Putra Pratama (19) and I Nyoman Adi Wiranata (30). The three were arrested by the Kuta Police, Bali.

"The motive was to look at each other, then (the perpetrators) were offended and thought they were challenging," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kuta Police, Iptu Made Putra Yudistira, Wednesday, June 2.

The beating took place in front of the Nelongso fried chicken restaurant, Jalan Dewi Sri Legian, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali on Tuesday, June 1 night.

The victim who was waiting for an order in front of the restaurant was visited by 7 people. The victim was beaten and then fled.

"Furthermore, the victim reported to the Kuta Police for further processing," he added.

According to the report, the police arrested 3 attackers. They admitted to molesting motorcycle taxi drivers.

"The perpetrator (Nyoman Adi Wiranata) admitted that he had strangled, strangled the victim's neck from behind twice," said Iptu Yudistira.
