KPK Director Candidate Who Passed the Selection Is Waiting for the Time to Be Appointed
JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Setyo Budiyanto said the director candidates who passed the selection some time ago would soon be inaugurated. This process is aimed at filling all positions that are still held by acting (Plt) so that work can be more effective.
This was conveyed by him after appointing three deputies, namely the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu; Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring of the KPK Aminudin; and Deputy for Coordination and Supervision of the KPK Ely Kusumastuti on Wednesday, February 18.
"We prioritize first for the deputy, Level I, then later it will be continued for Level II or Senior Management," Setyo told reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, quoted on Thursday, February 19.
Even so, Setyo has not been able to specify when the inauguration will take place. Likewise with the figure who will occupy a number of positions.
"Just wait for the time, it will be informed later," said the former KPK Director of Investigation.
As previously reported, the KPK High-Level Candidate Selection Committee (Pansel) through the announcement numbered B/006/PANSELKPK/12/2025 which was signed by Ranu Mihardja as chairman announced the top three candidates to fill six director-level positions on December 23, 2025. One of those who passed was the former KPK Spokesperson Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto who is now serving as acting (Plt) Director of KPK Investigation.
"Considering the results of all stages of the JPT Open Selection in the KPK environment, three best candidates for each position are hereby determined," the announcement quoted as saying, Wednesday, December 24.
In addition to Tessa, the two candidates who passed as Investigation Directors were Achmad Taufik from the KPK agency and Farhan who came from the Attorney General's Office.
Next, Pansel also announced the three best candidates for other positions. Here are the details:
Head of Legal Bureau:
1. Farhan Abdi Utama from the State Civil Service Agency; 2. Iskandar Marwoto from the KPK; and 3. Wahyu Tri Hartomo from the Ministry of Law
Director of Corruption Detection and Analysis:
1. Dzikran Kurniawan from the Jakarta Provincial Government; 2. Kuswanto from the KPK; and 3. Taryanto from the KPK.
KPK Director of Prosecution:
1. Agustinus Heri Mulyanto from the Attorney General's Office; 2. Budhi S from the Attorney General's Office; and 3. Wagiyo from the KPK
Director of Community Participation Development:
1. Danang Sri Wibowo R. from the Ministry of Coordinating Ministry of Economy; 2. Kunto Ariawan from the KPK agency; and 3. Rahmaluddin Singgih from the KPK agency
Director of Regional Coordination and Supervision V:
1. David Hartono Hutauruk from the KPK agency; 2. Maruli Tua from the KPK agency; and 3. Niken Wulandari from the Bintan Regency Government agency
