Handle Public Complaints, Menkop Launches Red and White Kopdes Call Center
JAKARTA - Minister of Cooperatives (Menkop) Ferry Juliantono inaugurated the development of the 1500 587 call center of the Ministry of Cooperatives (Kemenkop). Later this Call Center will answer questions and complaints from the public regarding the Red and White Village / Village Cooperative (KDKMP) and cooperatives as a whole.
"Today we are launching a call center as our responsibility at the Ministry of Cooperatives, Industry, and Entrepreneurship to provide services to answer public questions related to KDKMP and other existing cooperatives," said Ferry, Wednesday, February 18.
He explained that the development of the call center includes adding IVR (Interactive Voice Response) features and whattsap (WA) chatbot services at the number 08111 451 587.
Ferry said all public complaints through IVR and WA chatbot will be responded to by the call center agent as soon as possible. If the information requires a more in-depth response, the complaint will be forwarded to the relevant unit.
"We will be quick to respond to help answer questions about existing cooperatives and KDKMP," said the Minister of Cooperatives.
On the same occasion, Deputy for Supervision Herbert Siagian said that the public can now contact the call center more easily. This launch was carried out to respond to the development of information technology with IVR systems and WA chatbot features.
"People can get all important information about KDKMP and other existing cooperatives," said Herbert.
He emphasized that with the call center service, all questions from the public regarding cooperatives and KDKMP can be answered. The call center service will also be connected to the Red and White Village/Neighborhood Cooperative Management Information System (Simkopdes) which is an official digital platform developed by the government to manage, monitor, and publish data on Red and White Village/Neighborhood Cooperatives (KDKMP) in real time.
