The First Trial of 3 NTB DPRD Members Suspected of Gratification Held on February 27

Mataram - The Mataram District Court (PN) has issued a first court agenda for the gratification case of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Representative Council (DPRD), which names three legislators as suspects.

Spokesperson for the Mataram District Court Kelik Trimargo said the first agenda appeared according to the official determination of the court chairman.

"The first trial was held on Friday, February 27, 2026," he said in Mataram, Monday, quoted by Antara.

The first agenda applies to the third suspect's case, namely Hamdan Kasim with case register number: 16/Pid.Sus-TPK/2026/PN Mtr, Indra Jaya Usman with case number: 17/Pid.Sus-TPK/2026/PN Mtr, and M. Nashib Ikroman with case number: 18/Pid.Sus-TPK/2026/PN Mtr.

Likewise with the breastfeeding of the panel of judges, Kelik said the court chairman assigned the same three judges.

"Dewi Santini, I Made Gede Trisnajaya Susila and Irawan Ismail. All three suspects are in the same court," said Kelik.

From the Mataram District Court's Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) page, it was recorded that the gratification case of three legislators was registered simultaneously on Friday, February 13.

There are also 13 names of public prosecutors who are tasked with trying the third suspect's case.

They are I. A. K. Yustika Dewi, Mila Melinda, Baiq Ira Mayasari, Hendarsyah Yusuf Permana, Mardiyono, Sahdi, Ema Muliawati, Budi Tridadi Wibawa, Hasan Basri, Ahmad Fuady, Indrawan Pranacitra, Ahmad Bayhaqi, and Agung Sutoto.

In addition, there are 40 items of evidence that also include the names of 13 legislators who received bribes complete with the amount of money received from the three suspects.

The 13 legislators who received bribes were Wahyu Apriawan Riski with a nominal Rp150 million, Marga Harun Rp200 million, Ruhaiman Rp150 million, Rangga Danu Meinaga Adhitama Rp200 million, Lalu Arif Rahman Hakim Rp200 million, Salman Rp150 million, Hulaemi Rp150 million.

Then, the receipt by Lalu Irwansyah through his driver, Mustafa Bakri, was Rp100 million. Burhanuddin Rp200 million, Muhannan Mu'min Mushonaf Rp200 million, TGH. Muliadi Rp150 million, Nurdin Marjuni Rp180 million, and Harwoto Rp170 million.

In addition to outlining the names of the recipients with the bribe amount, there is also evidence of the details of the activities of the Berdaya Village which is the flagship program of the NTB Governor, Lalu Muhamad Iqbal.

In the explanation of the last item of evidence, a nominal amount of Rp76 billion was displayed which came from Dr. Nursalim.

There is also a complete copy with the original signature of the input of the 2025 Regional Government Information System (SIPD) proposal from witness H. Salman.

There are also three circular letters from the Governor of NTB from Dr. Nursalim regarding guidelines and implementation of the budget shift for the 2025 Fiscal Year, on January 6, 2025, March 7, 2025 and May 9, 2025.

Finally, the document lists the implementation of the shift in the 2025 NTB Regional Apparatus Unit budget for activities in a number of regional apparatus organizations in NTB obtained from Dr. Nursalim.
