Early 2026, BTN Disburses 4,160 Units of FLPP
JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) recorded the realization of the distribution of the Sejahtera Mortgage Liquidity Facility for Housing Financing (FLPP) nationwide from January 1-31, 2026, reaching 7,312 units with a total financing value of IDR 912.4 billion.
Of the total, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) recorded the highest distribution, namely 4,160 units.
Referring to BP Tapera data, after BTN, the realization of distribution in January 2026 was recorded by Bank Syariah Nasional (BSN) as many as 861 units, Bank Mandiri as many as 699 units, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 616 units, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) as many as 587 units.
Meanwhile, based on BTN's internal data, the total realization of Sejahtera FLPP mortgages until the end of January 2026 has actually reached 6,749 units. The difference in the figure occurred because some of the credit agreements that BTN had completed were still in the process of being billed to BP Tapera.
BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu said that the achievement at the beginning of this year was a continuation of the company's consistent performance throughout 2025, with a total distribution of 192,208 units of Sejahtera FLPP mortgages.
He added that the track record further strengthens BTN's position as a bank with experience and the widest network in financing people's housing.
"BTN's dominance in January 2026 shows the readiness of the system, network, and partnerships that we have built consistently," he said in a statement quoted on Monday, February 16.
Nixon added that his party was committed to expanding access to housing financing for low-income people as part of the company's role as a strategic partner of the government.
He added that in 2026, the government set a national FLPP quota of 350,000 units, with an allocation for BTN of 172,000 units.
"BTN is ready to optimize the allocation of quotas provided by strengthening collaboration with the government, BP Tapera, and developer partners in various regions," he said.
In addition, he said BTN would continue to encourage digital transformation and optimize the distribution network to accelerate the financing process to be more transparent and targeted.
Nixon said that with the performance maintained from 2025 to early 2026, BTN confirmed its position as the main partner of the government in financing people's housing as well as a banking institution with the largest capacity in supporting the equitable access to decent and affordable housing in Indonesia.
