MilkLife Soccer Challenge Jakarta and Solo Serie 2 2025-2026 Completed After Presenting Tight Competition
JAKARTA - The final party of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge Jakarta and Solo Series 2 2025-2026 was held on Sunday, February 15 in each region. The tight competition presents the champion who also produces female soccer seeds in the country.
In the Jakarta series which took place at Kingkong Arena, Cijantung, SDN Cilangkap 01 B came out as the champion in the 10-year-old age group. Meanwhile, in the 12-year-old age group, SDN Mampang 3 came out as the winner after going through a penalty shootout drama.
With the end of the Jakarta and Solo series and the arrival of the champion team, the MilkLife Soccer Challenge Jakarta & Solo Series 2 2025-2026 event is proof of a long-term commitment in developing the Indonesian women's football ecosystem from an early age. This is as stated by the Program Director of the MilkLife Soccer Challenge, Teddy Tjahjono, considering that this agenda has also entered its third year.
"MilkLife and the Djarum Foundation have a long-term commitment to supporting Indonesian women's football. MilkLife Soccer Challenge is now in its third year and continues to show consistent development in terms of quality," said Teddy after the match.
Teddy also said that the improvement and development were increasingly visible in the Jakarta and Solo series of 2025-2026 seasons, both in terms of the quality of the game and the number of participants. Teddy also assessed that the experience of playing with a spirit, fair play, and positive interaction between players is an important value in every match.
"In the Jakarta and Solo series, there was a significant improvement in quality, as well as the number of participants which continued to increase. This is a positive signal for the development of women's football in Indonesia, and we are very happy to see this increasing trend," he added.
In addition to the final which took place in Jakarta, Series 2 which was also held in Solo was no less interesting. In the decisive match at the West City Football Field and Banyuanyar Field, Solo, Central Java, MIN 9 Sragen became the trophy winner in KU 10, after defeating SDN 02 Malangjiwan with a score of 3-0 thanks to Salsabilla Mustika Prasetyo's hat-trick.
Following the next match, in KU 12, SD Kristen Manahan successfully defended the title after meeting a strong opponent, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 9 Sragen. This is the second time they have been paired to compete for the podium, after having a power struggle in the previous series.
