Adikara Tells the Feelings that are Hidden in the Makna Music Video

JAKARTA - The singer with a distinctive voice, Adikara officially released a music video for his latest single titled Makna on February 12, 2026. Uploaded on the Adikara YouTube channel, this MV presents a visual about the emotional journey of someone who is in a broken heart phase, while still having to appear professional on stage.

Through a raw and emotional black-and-white visual approach, "Meaning" becomes a reflection on how personal grief often goes hand in hand with the demands of work and responsibility.

This song itself is one of the materials on Adikara's full album titled Klise which has been airing since May 30, 2025. In the album, Makna brings the most personal moment that represents the process of accepting separation and making peace with feelings that can't always be resolved instantly.

The lyrics of the song talk about the phase when someone tries to keep going, even though emotionally they are not in the best condition. The theme is relevant to many listeners who are in a similar situation, especially those who have to continue their daily activities in the midst of the loss process.

MV Makna features Adikara who is facing heartbreak and personal sadness, but at the same time still has to get on stage and take on his role as a performer. The visuals are built through the contrast between the fragile inner expression and the professionalism that is still maintained in front of the public.

The visual approach is made simple and intimate, with a predominance of black and white, to emphasize honest emotions without distraction. The raw, calm, and emotional atmosphere is the common thread between the song and the visuals, while reinforcing the message about the emotional reality that is often hidden behind a person's appearance in a public space.

"Through the music video 'Makna', I want to show a rarely seen side, about how it feels to still stand on stage when the heart is not feeling well. This song represents a phase in my life when I learned to accept sad feelings without having to stop walking. Hopefully the audience can feel accompanied, and know that it's okay to feel fragile in the process," said Adikara in a written statement received by VOI, February 12.

The music video for "Makna" was directed by Ahnaf Fathi and produced by Lokana. This collaboration presents a visual approach that focuses on expression, gestures, and emotional atmosphere, to capture the essence of the song's story honestly and personally.
