JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to depart for the United States next week to attend the inaugural meeting of the Board of Peace or Board of Peace in Washington D.C, United States.

This strategic visit is claimed to carry a dual mission, namely to fight for justice for Palestinians on the global stage while concluding bilateral trade tariff negotiations between Indonesia and the United States.

There is an issue regarding the membership fee of one billion US dollars (Rp16.7 trillion) which is said to be taken from the state budget.
