Ahead of a Year of Leadership, 245 Departments in the Bogor City Government Rotated
BOGOR - The rotation and promotion of 245 positions was carried out by the Mayor of Bogor, Dedie A. Rachim and Deputy Mayor of Bogor, Jenal Mutaqin, ahead of the one-year period of his leadership, Wednesday, February 11.
Held at the Bogor City Hall Plaza, the inauguration includes high-ranking pratama officials, administrator officials, supervisory officials, functional officials, school principals, and puskesmas heads in the Bogor City Government (Pemkot) environment.
Dedie Rachim expressed his gratitude for all the dedication to the previous post and congratulated him on his new post.
He said that this change of position was a tour of duty, because there were several positions that had been carried out for three years or even more than five years.
"So this is our part to nourish the organization, then strengthen the commitment in order to provide the best contribution to the people of Bogor City," said Dedie Rachim.
In this momentum, Dedie Rachim also conveyed a special task from President Prabowo which was conveyed in a coordination meeting some time ago, including maintaining the environment and cleanliness.
In addition, what has been a joint homework to date is the arrangement of Five-Foot Traders (PKL) as well as the improvement and arrangement of transportation.
To the village heads, Dedie Rachim also asked that they get to know their citizens in detail and in depth.
"So the head of the village must know who needs to be helped, who are the sick people and it is impossible for us to take them to the hospital. Coordinate with the health center, take steps to see directly the people who are sick or need help," he said.
That way, the public will feel the presence of the government more, both at the city level to the smallest neighborhood.
"It's not necessary for everything to go viral first, because in that area the head of the village is a small mayor. So the head of the village must know his citizens, such as children with disabilities who have special needs, those who are autistic, blind, and deaf must be understood and known," he said.
In particular, Dedie Rachim expressed his gratitude to Deni Hendana, who previously served as the Head of the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Bogor City and now holds a new position.
He reminded that in accelerating development, capital development is needed in addition to reliable human resources, as well as adequate working environments. So it is hoped that the increase in income and availability of budget can realize the vision and mission.
"I hope Abdul Wahid can immediately implement steps to improve, improve, and increase revenue so that the Bogor City Government's achievement target, which we will later use as a capital for development in Bogor City, can continue to be improved," he said.
