Dony Oskaria Soal Martabe: "Belum Tentu", Semua Masih Dikaji
JAKARTA - Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Management Agency (BP) Dony Oskaria confirmed that the government could not talk about any scenario related to Martabe. He asked the public not to speculate because everything was still being studied and would be explained by Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia.
"Oh, not necessarily. That's why everything will be studied, seen," said Dony, answering a question about the possibility of a transfer, after a meeting at the Presidential Palace Complex in Jakarta, Wednesday, February 11.
Dony said that the government would be fair in principle. "In essence, we are fair. We see what is happening, we are watching," he said.
When asked about the possibility of relocation if the permit was revoked, Dony refused to enter the realm of speculation. "Yes, this is if-if, right?" he said. He again emphasized that the results of the study and the next steps would be conveyed by Bahlil. "Later, how the results will be presented by Mr. Bahlil," he said.
Dony also reminded, if there are findings of errors, there are mechanisms that can be taken by the parties concerned. "The name of the person has a mistake... they also have mechanisms... to raise objections and so on. So it will be reviewed again," he said.
On the same occasion, Dony said the meeting with President Prabowo Subianto discussed the economy. However, he did not elaborate, and directed a complete explanation to the Coordinating Minister for the Economy. "Discussing the economy... will be conveyed by Mr. Coordinating Minister," he said.
Dony also denied that the meeting was related to President Prabowo's meeting with big businessmen. "Oh no, no. This discusses the good Indonesian economy," he said.
