Kaltara Prosecutor's Office Searches a Provincial Government Agency
TANJUNG SELOR - The team of investigators from the North Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati Kaltara) carried out a search at the North Kalimantan Provincial Government's environmental service.
The search on Wednesday, February 11, was carried out simultaneously by a number of investigative teams to find and secure documents and evidence related to the case being handled.
A number of workrooms for officials and administrative departments were inspected. Investigators were seen carrying several files and devices that were suspected to be related to the investigation process.
The Kaltara Attorney General's Office has not provided official information regarding the case that became the basis for the search or the service that became the location of the activity.
The situation at the location was observed to be conducive with the escort of security personnel. Service activities in these departments continued despite being limited.
When confirmed, the Head of the Legal Information Section (Kasi Penkum) of the Kaltara Prosecutor's Office, Andi Sugandi, confirmed the search.
"It is true that there was a search by the Attorney General's Office in four provincial government services in North Kalimantan, namely the Investment and One-Stop Service (PMPTSP) Office. Furthermore, the search continued to the Forestry Office on the third floor, the Energy and Mineral Resources Office (ESDM) on the fourth floor, and finally to the Office of Community Empowerment and Villages," said Andi.
