Prabowo Leads Economic Ratas at the Palace

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto held a limited meeting attended by ministers in charge of the economy at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta.

Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto arrived at the Palace at 13.07 WIB.

He admitted that he could not provide information regarding the meeting to be discussed with President Prabowo.

"We will wait," said Airlangga as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, February 11.

Regarding President Prabowo's meeting with a number of national entrepreneurs on Monday (9/2) and Tuesday (10/2), Airlangga said the audience discussed the national economy.

Airlangga also admitted to meeting with President Prabowo today regarding the meeting.

"We just have to wait for what's inside," he added.

Meanwhile, Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman said that his presence was to report on the development of national food, especially rice.

"Food progress, especially rice, then corn and downstream, prices, food stocks," said Amran.

In addition to Airlangga and Amran, this limited meeting was also attended by Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia, and Head of the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Agency Dony Oskaria.
