Suzuki Presents Virtual Offroad Fun with Jimny at IIMS 2026

JAKARTA - PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) not only sells its flagship product line at IIMS 2026. This Japanese car manufacturer also presents various entertainment to make visitors feel comfortable enjoying the entertainment provided.

In the exhibition which will last until February 15, Suzuki's booth is located at Hall A JIExpo Kemayoran. In the indoor area, various entertainment is presented for visitors ranging from the eVitara Virtual Showroom, a digital innovation that allows visitors to explore Suzuki's latest electric car through VR technology.

This experience is further complete with the presence of Golf Simulator (VR Golf) as a virtual sports entertainment facility, as well as the AR Photobooth which allows visitors to capture exciting moments at the Suzuki booth. The VR Offroad Experience game is no less exciting.

Where, this game is a virtual simulation that invites visitors to experience the thrill of conquering extreme terrain with Jimny, without having to actually leave the exhibition area. With a simulated driving seat and dashboard, visitors are invited to enter a fairly realistic circuit and offroad racing world.

Although virtual-based, the visual and audio effects are made detailed. The 360-degree view and light vibration of the simulator make the experience feel immersive. Not a few visitors reflexively hold the steering wheel when their virtual car passes a large rock or a steep descent.

In addition, visitors can also try the Jimny RC Offroad Challenge to experience the thrill of controlling the toughness of the Suzuki Jimny through various obstacles on the miniature track. To participate in the Jimny RC Off-road Challenge, visitors only need to come to the Suzuki booth and register with the officer on duty.

"It's open to anyone. Just stop by the games stand, and you'll get a games passport. Visitors can play four activities, one of which is Jimny RC," said one of the officers at the Suzuki games booth stand.

At this year's IIMS event, Suzuki's booth presented a total of 16 four-wheel vehicles from various segments. The main mainstay of Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV) such as Jimny, Fronx, New XL7 Hybrid, Grand Vitara and the latest e Vitara electric car.

Complementing these options, there is also a multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) of pride made in the country, namely the All New Ertiga and APV.
