Meeting Entrepreneurs Until Late at Night, Prabowo Encourages National Economic Collaboration

BOGOR - President Prabowo Subianto emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration in strengthening national economic development when meeting five national entrepreneurs in Hambalang, Bogor, West Java, Tuesday, February 10 evening.

Cabinet Secretary Teddy I Wijaya said the meeting was a strategic dialogue room between the Head of State and business actors to strengthen national synergy in facing future economic challenges.

"At that moment, President Prabowo emphasized the importance of the spirit of Indonesia Incorporated, which means close collaboration between all sectors, namely between the government, the business world, and all stakeholders to strengthen national competitiveness and accelerate economic development," said Teddy in a statement in Jakarta, Antara, Wednesday, February 11.

The meeting lasted more than 4.5 hours, starting at 19.00 WIB until 23.30 WIB. During the discussion, the entrepreneurs present expressed a common view and strong commitment to support the government's major agenda.

This support is realized through the active involvement of the business world in priority sectors that have a direct impact on the welfare of the community as well as strengthening the foundation of national development.

"The entrepreneurs who attended were in unison expressing their solid commitment to support the government's vision and mission in the most strategic sector, namely the fulfillment of nutritious meals, schools and higher education, health, subsidized houses, cooperatives and fishing villages, as well as food and energy sovereignty," said Teddy.

Furthermore, he conveyed that Prabowo also invited the business world to take an active role with the government in creating jobs, especially in the real sector, to encourage the development of industries and the strengthening of micro, small, and medium enterprises.

The meeting reflects Prabowo's leadership direction which places strategic collaboration between the government and business actors as the key to inclusive, sustainable, and equitable economic growth.
