The defendant forced the victim to give money after knowing that the remuneration allowance of IDR 10 million had been disbursed.
Because he got a response that seemed quite cold from the victim, the defendant fainted. Until the time he knew the victim woke up from his sleep in the room, the defendant immediately approached the victim and vented his anger by launching a series of acts of persecution.

The victim, who had been lying helpless in the room, was seen by his first biological child who was 6 years old.
The defendant, who later found out that the victim was not moving, called witnesses, namely Saiun, Nuraini, Paozi, and Dani, who were also suspects in a separate case file.
The witnesses then revealed that they helped Brigadier Rizka move the victim to her son's room in the back.
In this position, the victim is said to have died in the indictment. This was revealed from the results of a forensic doctor's examination.
The body of the victim, who was found with his neck tied to a small tree in the empty garden behind the house, was concluded to have been dead for four to six days since he was killed by Brigadier General Rizka.
