Rumors Of Samsung's Triple-screen Cellphone Called Galaxy Z Fold Tab
JAKARTA - Samsung already has two folding screen phone designs, namely the Galaxy Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Fold. Now Samsung is reportedly developing a new product with a screen that can be folded into three parts.
Launching the Lets Go Digital page, this new Samsung device will soon showcase its foldable smartphone innovation in the near future. Moreover, this South Korean technology giant has shown various shape options that can be made through its latest screen technology at the Display Week 2021 event.
Recently, leakers found a patent from Samsung at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). In the patent, leakers find that the company is working on a screen design for a foldable electronic device.
Summarizing the information on the WIPO patent document, it is stated that the triple screen design was inspired by designer Sarang Shet. The design is expected to be able to make the device more lively and according to user needs.
Based on the Gizmochina report, the patent was published by WIPO on May 21. The patent shows an image of a phone that could possibly be folded in three. The same design has also been registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Trifold Screen Design
Judging from the design examples obtained by Lets Go Digital, this latest device from Samsung can be folded open or close. There are two folds that allow the Galaxy Z Fold Tab to do this movement.
Not only that, but the design also makes Samsung present a new way to store the S Pen. No longer through a special container that takes up enough space, but is attached to the interface between the two edges when the phone is folded.
