Buka Suara, Mohan Hazian Deny Tuduhan Pemerkosaan

JAKARTA - Entrepreneur Mohan Hazian finally spoke out about the issue of sexual harassment that hit him. In a personal statement, he firmly denied the rape allegation, but at the same time also admitted that he had made a mistake with another woman in the past.

"What I have to underline is that I am not what I am accused of, I am not a rapist and I have never raped anyone," said Mohan as quoted by VOI from @mohanhazian instagram, Tuesday, February 10.

This strong rebuttal became the main point of his clarification. He wants to straighten out the heaviest narrative that has damaged his reputation.

Nevertheless, Mohan did not deny that he was not a perfect person. He openly admitted that he had made unwise decisions in the past.

"I am also aware that as a human being I have many shortcomings and have made unwise decisions in the past," he said.

He also specifically admitted that there was a "mistake" that he made with another woman.

"All the mistakes that happened in the past were purely my mistakes with other women," he said.

This confession shows that there was an event in the past that is now being brought up again. However, Mohan emphasized that what happened was not a rape.

He hopes that the public can see this issue more clearly and not immediately swallow information that has not been fully verified.

"I hope the public space can see this issue clearly, fairly, and not only based on information that has not been fully verified," he asked.
