Jajal Dunia Laga, Zee Asadel Makes "Fighting" Debut in His Latest Film

JAKARTA - Young actress Zee Asadel has once again shown her totality in the acting world. After succeeding with the horror and drama genres, she is now trying a new challenge by starring in the film Jangan Seperti Bapak which is full of action scenes.

"It's really great (the fighting scene)," Zee replied in South Jakarta, Monday, February 8.

His debut in the action genre is a big step in his career journey. He has to prepare himself, both physically and mentally, to be able to perform challenging fight scenes.

Zee revealed that the preparation process he went through was quite short but very intensive.

"Actually, our preparation is quite short, but it is also quite intense," he said.

For almost a month, he focused on practicing and memorizing the fight choreography. His background as a dancer helped him a lot in this process.

"I'm used to memorizing the choreography so it's more about memorizing the choreography," explained Zee.

However, for some scenes that were considered too dangerous, he still used the services of a stunt double or stuntman.

"Use it. If, for example, there is a scene that requires a professional," he admitted.

He also ensured that all fight scenes were carried out with very high safety standards.

"Maybe if the results look very dangerous... but the original is definitely very safe," he said.
