1. Dehydration

The body often can't distinguish between signals of hunger or just thirst, so the urge to drink is often mistaken for the desire to eat. This makes a person want to keep eating.

In fact, the body may be in a dehydrated state that requires fluids, not food. Other symptoms of dehydration that should be realized are fatigue, dizziness, and infrequent urination.

2. Lack of sleep

Lack of sleep can affect the hormones in the body that control hunger. People who are sleep-deprived have a greater appetite and find it difficult to feel full.

In addition to having a big appetite, other effects of lack of sleep are difficulty focusing, mood disorders, daytime drowsiness, and weight gain.

3. Diabetes

Diabetes is a condition when the body is no longer able to produce enough insulin or does not produce insulin at all. Insulin is an important hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels in the body.

Without enough insulin, the body cannot use glucose as energy. This causes a lack of energy use, which results in a constant increase in hunger.
