Gerindra is 18 years old, Prabowo: Loyal to Fight and Serve the People

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Gerindra Party Prabowo Subianto appreciates all cadres and sympathizers who continue to accompany the Gerindra Party's struggle until it enters its 18th year.

The appreciation was conveyed by Prabowo in the momentum of the 18th Anniversary (HUT) of the Gerindra Party.

Through a post on his official Instagram account, Prabowo expressed his gratitude for the support and togetherness of all party elements.

"I would like to thank all cadres and sympathizers who have been with this step of the struggle until 2026," wrote Prabowo, quoted from the @prabowo Instagram account, Sunday, February 8.

Prabowo emphasized that since the beginning of the establishment of the Gerindra Party, it has been committed to fighting loyally, serving loyally, and being loyal to the people. He assessed that the togetherness of cadres and sympathizers was an important foundation that maintained the party's struggle until now.

According to Prabowo, the trust that has been given to the Gerindra Party will continue to be maintained as best as possible. This trust, he said, is a great responsibility to strengthen the party's contribution in fighting for the interests of the nation and maintaining the glory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.

"This trust will continue to be maintained for the glory of the Red and White. Merdeka!" wrote Prabowo in the post.

In addition, Prabowo emphasized the importance of cohesiveness and solidity of all elements of the Gerindra Party. He encouraged all cadres to continue to move together so that the party's struggle can provide a real impact for the community.

"Compact, mobile, impactful," wrote Prabowo.

In the upload, Prabowo also shared a number of photos of the 18th anniversary of the Gerindra Party which was held at his residence on Jalan Kertanegara IV, Jakarta, on Friday (6/2). A number of Gerindra Party cadres and figures were present at the event.

Some of them are Secretary General of the DPP of the Gerindra Party Sugiono, Chairman of the Daily DPP of the Gerindra Party Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, Secretary of State Minister Prasetyo Hadi, Minister of Culture Fadli Zon, Special Envoy for Energy and Environment Hashim Djojohadikusumo, Chairman of the MPR RI Ahmad Muzani, and Chairman of Commission IV of the DPR RI Titiek Soeharto.
