Bogor Regent Allocates Rp150 Billion for the Bomang-Tegar Beriman Flyover Project
Bogor - Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto said the construction of the Bojonggede-Kemang (Bomang) flyover requires an estimated Rp150 billion to improve regional connectivity to the Tegar Beriman area.
"Based on the detailed engineering design (DED) document, the budget for the construction of the Bomang flyover is almost Rp150 billion," said Rudy as quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, February 7.
Rudy explained that the Bomang flyover project was the result of collaboration between the Bogor Regency Government and the West Java Provincial Government, as discussed in a meeting with West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi in Subang, Thursday (5/2).
The construction of the Bomang flyover is aimed at opening direct access to Bojonggede-Kemang-Parung without having to detour through the Bogor Outer Ring Road (BORR) or Sentul.
He explained that the construction phase of the Bomang flyover was scheduled to begin in 2027, starting with the determination of location, appraisal, to land acquisition which is the authority of the Bogor Regency Government.
Meanwhile, the mechanism for implementing the construction will be determined by the West Java Provincial Government, including the option of multi-year construction or completion within one budget year.
"The land is prepared by the Bogor Regency Government, while the implementation of infrastructure will be adjusted to the authority of the provincial government," said Rudy.
In addition, at the beginning of 2026, the Bogor Regency Government will carry out the auction process for the construction of two strategic bridges on Jalan Bomang, namely the Sitanggerang Bridge and the Pesanggrahan Bridge.
The Sitanggerang Bridge is planned to be the longest bridge on the line, while the Pesanggrahan Bridge is being prepared to strengthen the network of connections before the flyover is built.
"We want to ensure that this development is gradual, measurable, and has a positive impact on mobility and people's economic activities," said Rudy.
