Kyochon Indonesia Opens First Store in Bekasi, Targeting Urban Consumers

JAKARTA - Kyochon Indonesia, a Korean fried chicken restaurant, is expanding its business network by opening a new outlet at Summarecon Mall Bekasi 2. This is the first Kyochon outlet in Bekasi City, as well as a strategic step to target urban consumer markets in the Jakarta buffer area.

Management assesses that Bekasi has strong growth potential in line with the rapid development of residential areas and lifestyle centers. So far, some Kyochon customers in Bekasi still have to access outlets in Jakarta.

Kyochon Indonesia CEO Priscilla Soekamto said this expansion was carried out to bring services closer to customers and expand market reach sustainably.

"The presence of the outlet in Bekasi is a response to customer demand as well as part of our expansion strategy to locations with high traffic and consumption potential," said Priscilla.

Kyochon Indonesia also confirmed that all products have obtained halal certification, which includes strict standards ranging from raw materials to presentation processes.

In the context of opening the outlet, Kyochon offers a Buy 12 Get 12 promo which is valid on February 4-10, 2026.

Until now, Kyochon Indonesia has a network of outlets in a number of shopping centers in Jakarta and its surroundings, including Pondok Indah Mall, Kelapa Gading Mall, Gandaria City, and Summarecon Mall Serpong.

Kyochon Indonesia is part of the Food & Beverage business unit of the Wahana Artha Group, which continues to expand its portfolio of international brands to strengthen its business position in the food and beverage sector.
