Gibran: I am responsible for controlling the President's program to run well
JAKARTA - Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka stated that he was responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of the program and President Prabowo Subianto's vision ran well.
"As a presidential aide, I have the responsibility to escort and ensure the implementation of the President's programs and vision goes well," said Gibran as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, February 6.
Gibran also conveyed his commitment to remain focused on working so that the President's programs and vision can provide real benefits for the community.

This activity is in line with President Prabowo's direction that disaster management must prioritize the speed of response, the accuracy of aid distribution, and full impartiality to affected communities.
The President emphasized the importance of synergy between the central and regional governments so that no citizens are neglected, especially in meeting basic needs such as food, health services, clean water, and temporary housing.
Using the VVIP Super Puma Presidential Helicopter, the Vice President departed from the TNI AU Halim Perdanakusuma Base at 08.00 WIB to the Talok Village Field Helipad, Pangkah District, Tegal Regency.
Upon arrival at the location, the Vice President was greeted by the local government and elements of the Central Java Forkopimda.
The first agenda of the Vice President was to visit the Az Zikir wa Rotibain Assembly Refugee Post at Mr. Kamal's house. At this location, the Vice President reviewed the conditions of the refugees, the accommodation facilities and the distribution of logistical assistance. The Vice President also had a direct dialogue with the residents to absorb the aspirations and urgent needs in the field.
To reach the affected area more closely, the Vice President and his entourage used two-wheeled vehicles to reach the disaster location in the Padasari Village area.
There, the Vice President reviewed the condition of infrastructure, residential areas, and emergency response measures taken by the local government and BPBD.
After reviewing the location, the Vice President returned to the evacuation post and continued his visit to the Al-Adalah 2 Pondok Pesantren Refugee Post, Jatinegara District.
This review is carried out to ensure that the basic needs of refugees, ranging from food, health, to temporary shelter, are met well.
The series of activities was then continued with the implementation of Friday prayers at the Baitul Ma'mur Mosque, Penujah Village. This moment was also an opportunity for the Vice President to socialize with local people and religious figures in Tegal Regency.
After all the agenda was completed, the Vice President departed back to Jakarta via Talok Village Helipad to Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base.
The working visit confirmed the government's commitment to ensuring the presence of the state in the community, especially in handling disasters, recovering affected areas, and protecting citizens in need.
