President Prabowo's Global Thinking, Cooperation with Australia, Foreign Minister: We Need a Stable Atmosphere

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese held a meeting at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Friday, February 6.

Albanese's visit was also to carry out the signing of the Jakarta Security 2026.

The agreement is intended as a joint commitment to contribute directly to the peace and stability of the Indo-Pacific region.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono explained to reporters after the meeting that President Prabowo Subianto wanted to achieve a stable situation globally, so that development in Indonesia could continue to run well.

This is intended to ensure that government programs to achieve welfare for the Indonesian people are fulfilled.
