Bojan Hodak's Prediction, Malut United Will Repot Persib Bandung
JAKARTA - Persib Bandung coach Bojan Hodak predicts that the 20th week of the 2025/2026 Super League will not be easy for his team. The reason is, Maung Bandung will be troubled when welcoming Malut United at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium, Bandung, Friday, February 6, 2026, at 19.00 WIB.
Not without reason, Bojan said his assessment was based on the position of the opponent's candidate who is a strong team and currently ranked fourth in the standings.
"We predict this will be a difficult match. Malut United is in fourth place, we are first. However, we are playing at home. I always hope we can get a positive result," said Bojan Hodak.
Regarding his team's strength to face Malut United, Bojan explained that overall his team was in good condition and ready to show the best performance. Even so, the Croatian coach said Persib was sure to appear without striker Ramon Tanque due to injury.
"Our preparations are good. I'm happy because some players who were not in good condition before, due to injuries or recovery, are all in (best) form. Only Ramon did not train with us (in official training). The other players are fit," said Bojan.
In this home match, Persib will certainly aim for victory in order to be able to maintain them in first place with 44 points from 19 matches. In addition, the victory against Malut United is also very important for Persib Bandung because the Kie Raha Raiders are one of the direct competitors at the top.
The revenge mission will also be a boost for Maung Bandung because in the first round, Bojan Hodak's squad lost 0-2 to Malut United at the Kie Raha Stadium.
