Changan Brings Complete Line at IIMS 2026, There are Attractive Programs During the Exhibition

JAKARTA - Chinese global automotive brands continue to showcase innovations in Indonesia, including Changan which operates under the Indomobil Group.

The brand debuted at the 2026 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) with a complete line of vehicles. Changan also emphasized its long-term commitment in the Indonesian market by displaying Changan Lumin and Deepal S07 at this renowned automotive exhibition.

Located at Booth B1, Hall B, JIExpo Kemayoran, Changan carries the theme 'Sharing the Future' during the exhibition which will take place on February 5-15, 2026. This first participation is an important moment for Changan to present and introduce its flagship product innovations to the Indonesian people.

Changan Indonesia CEO, Setiawan Surya, said Changan's presence at IIMS 2026 was a manifestation of our strategy to bring a complete vehicle line that meets the needs of the Indonesian market.

"Through Changan Lumin, we offer practical urban mobility with unique design and outstanding fast charging features, while Deepal S07 comes as a new standard of premium E-SUV with futuristic design and smart technology. Especially at this year's IIMS, we offer an exclusive sales program that can provide more value for consumers who transact during the exhibition," he said in an official statement, Friday, January 6.

At its 400-square-meter booth, Changan displayed seven display units consisting of four Deepal S07 units, one Changan Lumin unit, and two modified Changan Lumin units. Speaking of the Changan Lumin, this EV carries a unique and stylish exterior design with soft visual lines and compact proportions.

Featuring Moon Eyes, the largest 14-inch wheels in its class, and Concealed Door Handles, Changan Lumin also offers a spacious and modern cabin. Leg and head space feels spacious, access to the second row is easier, and the rear seats are foldable 50:50. When folded, the cargo capacity reaches 580 liters, making it a flexible compact EV for various needs.

Changan Lumin comes with smart features for daily mobility, such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen and Smart Keyless Entry & Start. Powered by DC fast charging (30-80 percent in 35 minutes) and a range of up to 301 km, Lumin is ready to support daily activities with practicality. Its responsive performance is even safer thanks to the NBooster Smart Braking System, including when crossing uphill roads. This car is designed with safety in mind, from high strength bodies that provide optimal protection in the event of a collision, to 2 airbags that keep the driver and front passenger safe. Plus rear parking sensors, parking maneuvers become easier and less risky.

Another model is the Deepal S07, which carries a modern and futuristic Tech Sporty Design, with premium details such as Frameless Doors, Electric Hidden Door Handles, and Intelligent Interactive Light that strengthen the high-tech impression.

The sporty impression is also highlighted by the LED Star Flame Tail Lights and High Mounted Stop Lamp, while the functional aspect is present through the powered tailgate and electric combined with 20-inch rims. The Luxury Yacht Interior concept also comes with a Yacht Style Wrap Around Design that is enriched with 64-color ambient light lighting, providing a premium feel in the cabin. This e-SUV is also supported by an intelligent 15.6-inch Sunflower Screen touch screen connectivity powered by the Qualcomm 8155 chipset and can be directed up to 15 degrees to the driver's side and the front passenger to facilitate access to various features.

Driving comfort and safety are further enhanced through the presence of an Augmented Reality Head Up Display (AR-HUD) that projects navigation information and important data clearly on the driver's line of sight. Deepal S07 also presents premium comfort through a 1.9 m² panoramic sunroof with an electric sunshade that makes the cabin feel more spacious and bright, as well as double-layer sound insulation glass on the windshield to increase comfort and reduce noise.

To provide peace of mind for customers, every Changan product is also supported by a long-term vehicle and battery warranty. The Changan Lumin is supported by an 8-year/120,000 km warranty covering key components, such as the traction battery, electric drive system, and vehicle controller. Then, there is also a vehicle warranty for 6 years/120,000 km and a free service package for 4 years/80,000 km.

Then, the Deepal S07 is supported by an 8-year/240,000 km traction battery warranty and an electric drive system and vehicle controller warranty of up to 8 years/150,000 km. In addition, there is also a vehicle warranty for 6 years/120,000 km and a free service package for 5 years/60,000 km. All of these warranties are valid for whichever is reached first and subject to terms and conditions.
