Sinergi Brand Global dan Lokal, DHL–Machine56 Tembus Industri Fashion

JAKARTA - DHL Express Indonesia collaborated with Bandung-based streetwear brand Machine56, launching the first capsule fashion collection that combines the world of logistics with futuristic aesthetics. This collaboration presents functional fashion with a cyber-modern nuance that is designed in line with the dynamic lifestyle of today's generation.

Machine56 is known for its distinctive visual character in the form of encrypted typography and a manga-inspired cyber touch. In this collection, the identity is combined with DHL's iconic red-yellow visual system.

This collaboration is not merely placing the logos of the two brands, but presenting a design concept inspired by logistics elements, such as airway bills, industry codes, and shipping labeling systems. These elements are processed through a complex typographic approach typical of Machine56.

The capsule collection includes jackets, pullovers, T-shirts, messenger bags, and lanyards. Each product is designed to combine everyday functionality with a bold visual character and a futuristic touch.

Senior Technical Advisor DHL Express Indonesia Ahmad Mohamad said this collaboration is a new way for the company to bridge the logistics world with a creative culture.

"At DHL, our job from the start was to ensure that everything could continue to move. Through this collaboration, we are exploring the possibilities that are born when ideas and creativity meet," he said in a written statement, Thursday (5/2/2026).

According to him, the cooperation with local creators such as Machine56 shows that innovation can be born from the meeting of global brands and Indonesian creative identities.

"When global brands collaborate with local creators who are strong in identity, the impact can resonate on the global stage," he said.

For DHL, this collection is also an effort to build connections with the new generation, such as young entrepreneurs, creators, and an international community that places equal value on function and aesthetics.

Meanwhile, Machine56 Founder and Creative Director Rajaya Yogaswara said this collaboration has personal meaning for the brand's journey which started from a small studio in Bandung.

"We always focus on the honesty of our visual language. When a global brand like DHL sees and recognizes that, it feels like a reminder that Indonesian creativity can stand on an equal footing on the international stage," he said.

He added that DHL's strong visual system is a creative challenge in itself. The identity is treated as a technical blueprint that is then combined with the distinctive energy of Machine56.

As the first Indonesian fashion brand to collaborate with DHL, Machine56 considers this project as part of a larger step to bring the country's creative ecosystem to appear confident in the global market.

This capsule collection is produced exclusively for the global market and raises the theme of movement, precision, and the spirit of innovation in a contemporary design.
