President Prabowo Officially Nominates Juda Agung to Replace Thomas Djiwandono as Deputy Minister of Finance

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto officially appointed Juda Agung as Deputy Minister of Finance in the 2024-2029 Red and White Cabinet on Thursday, February 5.

For information, Juda Agung was appointed to replace Thomas Djiwandono who was previously trusted to serve as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia (BI).

The inauguration was carried out based on Presidential Decree Number 3M of 2026 concerning the Appointment of Deputy Minister of Finance in the Red and White Cabinet for the period 2024-2029.

In the inauguration procession, President Prabowo led the oath of office which was followed by Juda Agung.

"By Allah, I swear. That I, will be loyal to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and will carry out all laws and regulations as straight as possible for my dharma service to the nation and state," said Prabowo.

"That I, in carrying out my duties, will uphold the ethics of the post by working as well as possible with a sense of responsibility," he continued.
