"When viewed based on the highest education completed by the workforce, the TPT in November 2025 has a pattern that is slightly different from August 2025," said Kadarmanto.
On the other hand, the Jakarta labor force participation rate (TPAK) in November 2025 was recorded at 65.47 percent, up 0.72 percentage points compared to August 2025. This increase is mainly supported by the increasing participation of women in the labor market.
