Morbidelli T502X and Benda LFC 700 Pro Officially Launched, There are Special Prices at IIMS 2026
JAKARTA - Morbidelli Indonesia officially introduced its latest adventure motorcycle, the T502X, at the 2026 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS). This model is here to complement Morbidelli's adventure line, which was previously filled with T252X and T1002VX, as well as answering the increasing interest of the Indonesian people in adventure-style motorcycles.
The launch of the T502X took place amid the positive trend of the national motorcycle market throughout 2025. Two-wheel sales were recorded to have grown 1.25 percent compared to the previous year, with a total distribution of 6.4 million units by the end of the year. This condition is a breath of fresh air for the automotive industry, as people's purchasing power improves.
In terms of segments, skutik is still the pride of the Indonesian consumer. However, behind this dominance, the adventure class also shows significant development. The number of players in this segment is increasing, coupled with the increasing enthusiasm of riders for motorcycles with versatile characters.
The Morbidelli T502X is equipped with a 500 cc inline two-cylinder DOHC engine that is capable of producing up to 46.9 HP at 8,500 rpm. This motorcycle uses Michelin Anake tires with 19-inch wheel size in the front and 17 inches in the back, and carries tubeless spoke rims that are considered more friendly for road conditions in Indonesia. With a net weight of 216 kilograms, the T502X is relatively light in its class.
Not only that, this motorcycle has also been equipped with two riding modes, namely off-road and standard. In the purchase package, consumers have also received a crash bar and hand guard, so the motorcycle is ready to be used for onroad and light offroad activities.
"By presenting the T502X, of course we provide options for consumers in Indonesia, especially for lovers of the adventure motorcycle segment, we provide everything from 250cc to 1000cc classes. The choice will also be more diverse with the increasing number of motorcycle and brand options that play in this adventure type. We hope that this T502X can be an option for adventure enthusiasts in Indonesia," said PT Benelli Motor Indonesia CEO Steven Kentjana, at the IIMS event, Thursday, February 5.
Apart from the T502X, PT Benelli Motor Indonesia also presented another surprise by inaugurating the Benda LFC 700 Pro in Indonesia. This cruiser motor brings a number of unique innovations, ranging from the design of the foldable front lamp that blends in with the body to the use of air suspension in the rear. The Benda LFC 700 Pro is powered by a 700 cc inline four-cylinder engine that is capable of producing up to 77.8 HP at 10,500 rpm.
"In addition, the presence of Benda LFC 700 Pro is also a refreshment for our Benda brand line in Indonesia, after it was previously filled by the Napoleon Bob series, at this IIMS event we present LFC for refreshing our line. Of course, we chose this LFC because it still carries the Benda DNA which offers innovation in each of its products," continued Steven.
