SpaceX has already received permission to launch an additional 7,500 satellites. That way, the company will have 19,400 units that can operate in the future. SpaceX is also allowed to lower the satellite's orbit to 340 kilometers.

By lowering its altitude, internet latency can be improved. In addition, SpaceX also plans to launch 15,000 satellites that offer 5G connectivity specifically to mobile phones. This project will connect satellite internet connections directly to mobile phones.

Meanwhile, regions with lower latitudes such as Florida have a slightly smaller number of satellites, namely around 17 to 36 units. This number can increase if the field of view is expanded from horizon to horizon.
