Folago (IRSX) Brings Westlife to Indonesia: Jakarta Concert Sold Out, Surabaya is Getting Thinner
JAKARTA - AI and media commerce issuer PT Folago Global Nusantara Tbk (IRSX) through its subsidiary FolagoPro will hold a mega concert of the Irish vocal group, Westlife, in Surabaya on February 8, 2026 and Jakarta on February 10, 2026. Management revealed that tickets for Westlife's concert in Jakarta have sold out 100 percent, and the remaining tickets for the concert in Surabaya are getting thinner, even though ticket sales have only been going on for about three weeks.
The two concerts are not considered merely entertainment activities, but are part of the push for business progress and proof of IRSX's new monetization. From this series of events, IRSX said the company earned tens of billions of rupiah in revenue from concert ticket sales and sponsorship support from various large brands across industries - ranging from skincare, fashion, FMCG, F&B, to banking.
The President Director of PT Folago Global Nusantara Tbk, Subioto Jingga, conveyed that the strong absorption of tickets was an important indicator that the Folago Pro unit in the IRSX ecosystem had business potential that could be grown and scaled in the long term.
"The market's response to the Westlife concert shows that the demand for entertainment & experience is still very strong. For IRSX, this is not just an event, but a monetization model that can grow into recurring revenue through the pipeline of subsequent concerts," said Subioto in a management statement, Thursday, February 5.
In the context of the industry, large-scale concerts also have the potential to create a brand equity effect for organizers, because the track record of sold out and high market interest can increase the company's bargaining power to secure other international artists in future projects.
Management assesses that the success of ticket sales in a relatively short period confirms Folago Pro's ability to market events and build demand and generate real cash flow from consumers, while sponsorship strengthens the positioning of events as premium marketing platforms that have high appeal directly to consumers in the right target market.
Management stated that the momentum of the Westlife concert will be used as a foundation to accelerate follow-up projects and strengthen Folago Pro's positioning as part of a scalable live entertainment ecosystem. With a strong demand base in major cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, the company sees opportunities for event expansion to other cities still open, as the entertainment industry develops and experiential entertainment consumption in Indonesia increases.
In conclusion, management considers the Westlife project to be an important milestone because it shows Folago Pro's ability to manage international events with a high market response. This success is expected to strengthen sponsor confidence, expand industry networks, and increase monetization opportunities in future projects.
