Auto2000 Achieves Sales of 106 Thousand Units Throughout 2025 and Services 2 Million Cars
JAKARTA - The new car market is experiencing a slump in 2025, but Auto2000 was able to reap sweet results last year. Demand for new four-wheeled vehicles at all Auto2000 dealers, is claimed to be quite high throughout 2025.
"The market is indeed experiencing a correction, but we can still be grateful for the conditions that are not easy, we can make good sales," said Auto2000 CEO Anton Jimmy Suwandi in West Jakarta, Wednesday, February 4.
Then Anton said, Auto2000 recorded sales of more than 106 thousand units last year. From this figure, the demand for Toyota cars at all their dealers grew 41 percent from the achievement in the previous year.
On the other hand, the Auto2000 business is still helped by after-sales services which have increased in 2025. According to data collected, there are 2.1 million four-wheeled vehicles undergoing periodic maintenance at Auto2000's official workshops.
"Car service is quite extraordinary. We can increase the service to 2.1 million units. So if it is averaged per month around 170 thousand units. From the incoming units that are serviced, it contributes approximately 43 percent to Toyota," said Anton.
"Last year we also added our facilities in Soreang. So now we have 178 Auto2000 location points throughout Indonesia from the previous 177," he continued.
Positive responses also came from the THS service, Auto2000 Home Service. With 524 fleets, this periodic service and light repair service has managed to serve more than 500 thousand vehicles throughout 2025, reaching customers to various regions.
On the digital side, Auto2000 developed an integrated ecosystem through Digiroom. Auto2000 Digiroom is developed as an online and offline integrated application to provide holistic, personal, and complete services. By the end of 2025, Digiroom recorded more than 16.8 million visits and 530 thousand application downloads.
Meanwhile, to pamper its consumers, Auto2000 is now opening a coffee shop, which they have now applied at one of their outlets in Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta. In addition, they will also market the Toyota New Veloz Hybrid EV, which will be launched at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2026 automotive event.
"I think the response is good. Consumers actually want to test drive first before booking. But even without a test drive, we have received more than 2,000 SPK (Veloz Hybrid). Hopefully after the official launch and later there will be a region launch, hopefully it will continue to grow," concluded Anton.
