JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said that the three parties who were secured in the hand-in-hand operation (OTT) in South Kalimantan had arrived at the KPK Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta this evening, February 4. One of them is the Head of the Banjarmasin Deputy KPP Mulyono.
"The parties who were secured a number of people have now arrived at the Red and White KPK building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo when confirmed, Wednesday, February 4.
Mulyono and two others did not enter through the front door like the other parties who were secured by the anti-corruption commission in a silent operation.
As for the information collected, one person is an employee at the Banjarmasin Sub-KPP and a private from the palm oil plantation.
Budi only stated that they had arrived since 20.00 WIB. "Furthermore, the parties concerned will be subjected to intensive examination," he said.
As previously reported, the KPK carried out OTT and secured three people. The details, two ASN and one private.
It is suspected that there was a payment related to the value added tax (VAT) refund. From the silent operation, evidence in the form of money amounting to Rp. 1 billion was found.
The status of the secured party has not been announced. The KPK currently has 1x24 hours to examine and announce the construction of the case together with the suspects will be conveyed through a press conference.
