Asintel and Aspidum of the Attorney General's Office of North Maluku Changed
TANJUNG SELOR - The Head of the North Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati), Yudi Indra Gunawan, appointed and took the oath of office for two officials in the Kejati Kaltara environment.
The officials who were inaugurated were Muhammad Fadlan as Intelligence Assistant (Asintel) and Philipus Siahaan as General Criminal Assistant (Aspidum) of the Attorney General of Kaltara. The inauguration was based on the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia Number KEP-24-IV/C/01/2026 dated January 12, 2026.
Before being entrusted to occupy his new position, Dr. Muhammad Fadlan served as the Head of the Indramayu District Attorney's Office (Kajari) in West Java. He replaced Semeru who received a new assignment as the Kajari of Bekasi Regency, West Java.
Meanwhile, Philipus Siahaan previously served as the Kajari of Bontang, East Kalimantan. He replaced Teguh Imanto who was transferred to the Head of the Administrative Affairs Section (Kabag TU) of the Aceh Prosecutor's Office.
Kajati Kaltara Yudi Indra Gunawan emphasized that the mutation and rotation of positions in the Attorney General's Office is a common and routine matter as part of the pattern of training and career development of employees.
"The position is a trust. Guard the trust of the leadership that has been given to you, and be accountable for every task with dedication and dedication," he said, Wednesday, February 4.
He also reminded the newly appointed officials to immediately adapt to the new work environment and understand the dynamics of their respective tasks.
"Immediately adapt to the new working environment, understand the dynamics of the tasks and functions of each field so that the implementation of the tasks runs with acceleration and accuracy," he said.
In addition, Kajati asked that every direction and policy of the leadership that is a priority sector can be implemented properly, accompanied by integrated performance evaluation.
"Implement the directions and policies of the leadership which are priorities, conduct evaluations to formulate performance strategies that are integrated with the strategic policy direction of the institution, and strengthen synergy and collaboration in every task implementation," he said.
